What are the payment methods available in the Ajer application?
Payment can be made through the application via Mada cards, bank transfer to the company account for domestic worker services (hourly and monthly rental), and for recruitment services, payment is made through the Musaned system.
What subscription packages are available in the Ajer application?
Three-month package, six-month package, one-year package, two-year package.
What nationalities are available at Ajer?
We provide excellent, highly trained domestic workers: housekeepers, private drivers, and trained caregivers specialized in caring for the elderly, children, and people with special needs. We offer various contract terms and periods from multiple nationalities across Asian and African countries including: India, Uganda, Kenya, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Somalia.
What are the fees for recruiting and renting domestic workers on a monthly and hourly basis?
Rental fees include: the worker's salary and accommodation, health insurance, return tickets upon contract completion, end-of-service benefits, and driving license for drivers. They do not include housing and meals (which the client must provide). Recruitment fees do not include visa costs (provided by the client).
Can you choose a domestic worker before signing the contract?
Yes, you can select a domestic worker and conduct an interview by visiting the company branches or through electronic services on the website and application.
What documents are required to issue a visa for a domestic worker?
Required documents must include proof of financial capacity, which can be provided through a bank certificate or salary letter. All documents must be in the name of the applicant.
What is the trial period duration for domestic workers?
Both parties may agree to place a domestic worker on a trial period not exceeding ninety days, during which the employer verifies professional competence and personal conduct.
Can you assist me in issuing a visa for a domestic worker?
Yes, our customer service team can assist in issuing the visa after you provide the required financial capacity documents.
How are recruitment procedures completed?
Visit the Musaned website and follow these steps: 1- Create an account on Musaned, 2- Go to My Account, 3- Control Panel, 4- Issue Visa, 5- Domestic Worker Visa, 6- Select Nationality.
How long does it take to complete recruitment procedures?
Recruitment procedures are completed in less than 24 hours.
What are the reasons for Musaned rejecting recruitment procedures?
Non-payment of traffic violations, service suspension, exceeding the allowed visa limit, non-payment of visa fees.
What qualifications are considered for recruiting domestic workers?
Educational level, competence and experience, physical health, age, medical examination, practical and academic experience.
How are workers' salaries paid?
Workers' salaries are paid monthly through the STC Pay payment system.
What is the arrival time for workers in recruitment services?
Between 15 to 45 days after visa issuance and completion of procedures.
What are the steps to request recruitment of a domestic worker?
1- Select a resume, 2- Activate a customer account on Musaned, 3- Contact customer service.
How is the domestic worker delivered to the client?
For recruitment services, the worker is delivered upon arrival by submitting a collection request from the company branches. If the client is outside the branch locations, a ticket to that city is arranged. For monthly and hourly rental packages, delivery is immediate at the company headquarters or to the client's location for an additional fee.
