1. Acceptance of Terms

The Ajer app may include a feature that allows you to register an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including a valid email address, and update this information without delay upon any change. You are personally responsible for all activities relating to your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, you must keep your login information secure, and notify Ajer immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of account security.

4. User Restrictions

You will not — and will not attempt to — do any of the following without prior written authorization from Ajer:

• Access, monitor, or copy any content or information on the app using automated means (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) or any manual means, for any purpose.
• Use the app for any commercial purposes (including comparative or competitive commercial research), unless expressly permitted by Ajer.
• Sell, resell, distribute, or rent your access rights to the app or any information it provides.
• Remove, circumvent, disable, or damage any measures used to prevent or restrict access to or use of the app.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or obstruct the operation of the app or its related networks and servers, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Create a false identity, misrepresent your relationship with the app, impersonate another person, or submit any information fraudulently.
• Use the app in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or elsewhere.

5. User Content

General provisions: The Ajer app may — now or in the future — allow you and other users to post, display, and share content such as reviews, comments, and ratings ("User Content"). We retain all rights relating to your content, but if you choose to provide any content to the app, we require a license from you to use it.

Restrictions on User Content: You agree not to display, transmit, distribute, or publish any of the following through the app:

• Any content that includes defamation, slander, or libel, or that is harmful or objectionable.
• Inaccurate or misleading reviews and comments.
• Advertisements, solicitation of offers, or any content with financial motives.
• Any content that would cause us or our partners to violate any laws or regulations of any governmental authority.
• Any content that breaches or infringes property rights, intellectual property, or the rights of any party.
• Any private or confidential information relating to another person or entity without their authorization.
• Materials containing viruses, Trojans, worms, or any harmful software.

License granted, representations, and warranties: If you provide User Content via the app or by email to us (including feedback), you grant us and our partners and related providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable right to: (i) use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content in any manner and for any purpose; (ii) use any name associated with that content.

You represent and warrant that you: (i) hold the rights and consents necessary to authorize Ajer and its partners to use your content as set out herein; (ii) have not posted any content that violates these Terms.

We bear no responsibility for the use of any content posted or uploaded by you or by any third party, or for any loss to such content. Ajer has no obligation to monitor User Content and may — at its sole discretion — monitor, review, remove, or modify it at any time and for any reason, without notice and without any liability towards you.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we urge you to review them regularly. Your continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

7. Termination by the User

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website or app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

If you are not satisfied with the Ajer app, please let us know by email at [email protected]. Your available remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the app.

9. Disclaimer

Third-party content: You understand that while using the app you may encounter content from other users or third parties that may be unlawful, inaccurate, or objectionable, and you agree to waive any legal rights or remedies you may have against Ajer in relation to such content.

We and third parties such as Google use Google Analytics features and first- and third-party cookies (such as DoubleClick) to display ads and report on their impressions and interactions based on prior visits. Visitors can opt out of Google Analytics features and control the ad settings shown by Google.

Termination by Ajer: Ajer may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account or block your access to the app — or any part of it — for any reason and without stating reasons, and may also discontinue the app or any related services or terminate any license granted to you, at any time and without prior notice. You agree that Ajer is not legally liable to you or to any third party for such termination. Ajer may terminate your account upon suspicion of fraud or violation of these Terms, and may refer the matter to the competent authorities upon suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
